Do you want to see judgement of cases you contested before the Appellate Division or High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh published online within hours? Just submit the judgments to us. We will post it online. You can either send us soft copy or hard copy of the Judgement.

If you send us a soft copy please see the information we usually need from our caselaw database i.e. CLC Cases in the left hand menu of the site. The very basic information we need are-

(a) Name of the Division of the Court (Appellate Division or High Court Division)

(b) Name of the honourable judges present in the case.

(c) Name of the parties.

(d) Date of Pronouncement of Judgement

(e) Cases Referred in the judgement

(f) Lawyers Involved.

(g) Reference of Case (case number, etc.)

(h) full content of the Judgement (one photocopy)
