online. You can either send us soft copy or hard copy of the Judgement.
If you send us a soft copy please see the information we usually
need from our caselaw database i.e. CLC Cases in the left hand menu of the site.
The very basic information we need are-
(a) Name of the Division of the Court (Appellate Division
or High Court Division)
(b) Name of the honourable judges present in the case.
(c) Name of the parties.
(d) Date of Pronouncement of Judgement
(e) Cases Referred in the judgement
(f) Lawyers Involved.
(g) Reference of Case (case number, etc.)
(h) full content of the Judgement (one photocopy)
Please include your detail contact address at the end of
the submitted copy. Or you can simply send us the photocopy of the Judgement in
