2. Before considering the case of the parties let me narrate the history of the case which ultimately has given rise to the present dispute between the parties. As back as in the year 1953 one Abdul Sattar Ahmed and Begum Ashrafunessa Khaton established a Match Factory at Shyampur, District D......ith Sattar Match Works.
