| Details | "High Court Division" shall mean the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh constituted under the Constitution.
[See, section 3(24a), the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act No. X of 1897)]. "The High Court Division" means the High Court Division of the Supreme Court. [See, Article 152 (1), the Constitution of People’s Republic of Bangladesh, 1972]. |
