Details

"legal practitioner" means an advocate, revenue-agent.

"Legal Practitioners" means an advocate and includes a mukhtear or a Revenue Agent.

[See, section 2 (a), the Legal Practitioners (Fees) Act, 1926 (Act No. XXI of 1926)].

"Legal practitioner" means an advocate or attorney of the Supreme Court or any pleader authorized under any law for the time being in force to practise in any court of law.
